Specializations, explained without the jargon
Each section below describes the operations offered, what actually happens during the procedure, and an honest picture of recovery — so you can decide with information rather than fear.

Procedures offered
- Hemithyroidectomy and total thyroidectomy
- Parathyroid exploration and excision
- Oral cavity and tongue resections with reconstruction
- Selective and modified radical neck dissection
What the surgery involves
Speech, swallowing and appearance are planned for before the first incision. Nerve monitoring protects the voice-box nerves in thyroid surgery, and reconstruction restores the mouth after larger oral resections.
Recovery
Thyroid patients usually go home in 1–2 days with a fine, well-hidden neck scar. Larger oral procedures involve a longer stay with speech and swallowing therapy reviewed at each follow-up.
